All-Points Home Inspections Ltd. is located in Victoria, British Columbia.  We offer home inspections that are thorough, informative, and affordable.

We service Victoria: Sooke to Sidney and most of the lower half of Vancouver Island.  We are certified, fully insured and available seven days a week for convenience to home pre-purchasers and home sellers.

THE INSPECTOR

Tony Braid has lived in Victoria for over 20 years and has been involved in the construction industry for decades.  Beginning with summer construction jobs in high school, Tony moved on to apprenticing as a bricklayer and stone mason, home building, roofing and technical installations.  In addition, Tony has renovated numerous homes for himself and for others.

Along the way, Tony studied drafting and home planning and designed and built an award winning post and beam west coast cabin.  Tony attended McGill University and obtained a degree from the University of Calgary.

This combination of education, hands-on experience and a lifelong interest in home building renovation and maintenance, combined with the completion of recognized home inspection courses, assures you of a thorough home inspection by someone who knows buildings and knows what to look for.

Tony is a Licenced Home Inspector with the BPCPA (Business Practices & Consumer Protection Authority) Licence # 47194.

Tony is also a National Certificate Holder and a Registered Home Inspector with CAHPI (Canadian Association of Home & Property Inspectors).

Tony has completed thousands of inspections in the Victoria area.
